I recently came across this infographic put out by the CDC explaining how kids who exercise for 60 minutes a day get better grades in school. I think every parent wants our child to do well is school. Looks like if we keep our children fit they can be at the top of their class as it gives them more confidence too! In later years sports also help to keep them out of “trouble” at school.
Here is a short quiz to test your childs fitness IQ. I was blown away by the results. This just backs up why we need to be a great role model for our children. They need exercise just as much as we do.
