It is so hard to get back into running after the holiday break….I know, as I am still playing catch up from the kids being out of school. Having nice weather here in California makes it a little easier. I do not know what you do to motivate yourself to run in the snow but, my hat goes off to you. Here is a list I created with my son. It has some of 2011′s top songs and a few of my favorites. Playlist is about an hour long with a warm up and a cool down. Hope you enjoy them.

The Creative Brain On Exercise
I do not know about you but, I always feel more energized after a run, a walk or an hour long boot camp class. I feel the cob webs have lifted and things seem a little clearer. I wanted to share an article I found that backs up my feelings. I am sure you are having these good feelings after your workout too!
